This bill was introduced to amend existing legislation to incorporate the development or adaptation of a program or programs of e-learning. Just as well, the bill includes information regarding contracting with qualified teachers or other instruction personnel.* The bill requires a minimum of 5 hours of instruction or school work each day with an e-learning program, and must provide all materials to pupils and educators.
